SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Real Estate Board; continuing education for licensees. Increases the continuing education requirements for real estate licensees of the Real Estate Board from eight to 16 hours. The bill requires new licensees to complete 30 hours of specialized training in the first two years of licensure. The bill also authorizes the Board to establish procedures to ensure the quality of the courses. The bill contains technical amendments. This bill is identical to HB 2723.
