Board of Health; regulations; waterworks. Provides for the regulations of the Board of Health pertaining to waterworks to require new water meters up to 2 inches installed after January 1, 2005, to conform to American National Standards Institute/National Sanitation Foundation (ANSI/NSF) Standard 61, Drinking Water System Components. This ANSI/NSF standard provides for the certification of devices as lead-free.
