SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

High-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes. Repeals the July 1, 2004, "sunset" on use of HOV facilities by vehicles bearing clean special fuel vehicle license plates, regardless of the number of vehicle occupants. This bill was incorporated in HB 2316 (Plum).
