SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

High-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes. Extends the "sunset" on use of HOV lanes by vehicles bearing clean fuel vehicle license plates, regardless of the number of their occupants, (from July 1, 2004, to July 1, 2006). This bill incorporates HB 2383. The provisions of the bill “sunset” if found to contravene federal laws.
