SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Enterprise zone designation period. Provides that if the designation of a state enterprise zone is scheduled to expire prior to the expiration date of a federal empowerment zone designation of the same area, the state designation expiration date shall be extended to conform to the expiration date of the federal designation. This bill is identical to Senate Bill 903.
