SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Granting franchises for operation of vehicular ferry transportation systems. Provides that the authority of localities for the granting of franchises shall include the authority to grant an exclusive franchise for the operation of a vehicular ferry transportation system in Northumberland County. The locality may regulate such systems, including the establishment of fees and rates.
