SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Global Sullivan Principles. Expresses the General Assembly's endorsement of the Global Sullivan Principles of corporate citizenship. The principles ask companies to support universal human rights, promote equal opportunity, respect employee freedom of association, provide a safe and healthy workplace, promote fair competition, and improve the quality of life in their communities.
