SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
ABC; store closure. Prohibits the closure of a state ABC store that has been in continuous operation for 20 years in a town with a population of less than 2,500 without public notice and an affirmative vote of the governing body. The notice of the proposed closure shall be posted at the store location, printed in a newspaper of general circulation, and provided to the local governing body at least 60 days prior to the anticipated closing.
