SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
State zoning enabling laws. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission, with the cooperation and assistance of the Commission on Local Government and localities of the Commonwealth, to study whether the zoning enabling laws of the Commonwealth provide adequate zoning powers to address local economic development, growth, infrastructure, and quality of life issues.
