Department of Criminal Justice Services; private security businesses; exceptions from regulation. Clarifies the exemption from regulation for private investigators that are engaged exclusively in the business of obtaining and furnishing information regarding an individual’s financial rating. This bill is identical to SB 1347 (Reynolds).
