Department of Criminal Justice Service; private security services businesses; exceptions. Deletes the exception to the requirement for licensure or registration for persons engaged in the business of a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. This bill is identical to HB 2696 (May).
