SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Statewide Transportation Plan. Requires the Secretary of Transportation to develop a statewide transportation plan with a 20-year horizon and update that plan at least every five years. This plan supersedes the quinquennial assessment of highway needs by the Virginia Department of Transportation. This bill is the same as SB 1047 (Williams).
