SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Richmond Metropolitan Authority; maintenance of facilities; application of net savings to debt service and reduction. Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Board to use state highway maintenance funds for maintenance of highway facilities controlled by the Richmond Metropolitan Authority. The bill also requires the Richmond Metropolitan Authority to apply the net savings achieved as the result of this bill toward service and reduction of its outstanding debt.
