Virginia Public Procurement Act; contractual disputes. Requires public bodies to include in all contracts or incorporate by reference procedures for consideration of contractual claims. The bill also provides that where a public body has established an administrative appeals procedure, that such procedure also be included in its contracts or incorporated by reference.
