SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Use of public funds to support private reinvestment in residential structures. Authorizes the City of Fairfax (described by population) to make appropriations of public funds, in conjunction with local private lending institutions, to assist residents to obtain loans for the improvement of residential structures located within the locality.
