Protective orders; family abuse. Provides that a protective order may grant the petitioner use of a motor vehicle owned solely by the petitioner. Currently the petitioner may be granted use of a motor vehicle jointly owned by the parties but there is no provision to direct that a petitioner's own car be returned.
