Study; distribution of "two-for-life" revenues. Requests the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC) to study the formula by which the proceeds of the two-dollar annual additional fee imposed on motor vehicle registrations and dedicated to emergency medical service purposes ("two-for-life" fee) are distributed.
