Study; allocation of local funds to regional Governor's School Programs. Requests the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Public Instruction, in conjunction with the Virginia Gifted Education Consortium, the Commission on Local Government, and the Department of Planning and Budget, to study the feasibility and fiscal impact of a new mechanism for allocating local funds to regional Governor's School Programs.
