SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; highway construction districts. Requests the Virginia Department of Transportation to study highway construction districts in Virginia, and the desirability and feasibility of changes in the number, size, overall role of such districts in carrying out the Commonwealth's highway program generally, and their role as the basis of appointment of members of the Commonwealth Transportation Board in particular.
