SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Assault upon a child; homicide of a child; penalty. Provides that the voluntary manslaughter of a child under the age of five is punishable as a Class 4 felony. (Currently, all voluntary manslaughter is punishable as a Class 5 felony.)
