Unlawful electronic file or mail. Includes an obscene item stored in an electronic medium as one of the enumerated obscene items under § 18.2-373. The bill provides that an Internet service provider (ISP) or electronic mail service provider shall not be liable under § 18.2-391 when a person using such services commits prohibited acts regarding the provision of sexually explicit material to juveniles.
