SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Localities; business improvement and recruitment districts. Authorizes any locality to create a local business improvement and recruitment district plan, consisting of fees charged to businesses and used to fund business improvements, business promotions, and business recruitment activities.
