SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Cross-jurisdictional transportation for persons with disabilities. Urges localities to make a collaborative effort to provide affordable cross-jurisdictional public transportation to persons with disabilities by modifying and expanding current transportation routes and services. The resolution urges localities to enter into memoranda of understanding to accomplish this goal and to work with all relevant agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders. The resolution is a recommendation of the Disability Commission.
