SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Site plans; submission for approval by local planning commission; Freedom of Information Act. Provides that any proposed plat, site plan, or plan of development that is officially submitted to the local planning commission for approval shall be considered a public record subject to disclosure under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
