SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Alcoholic beverage control; food-beverage ratio. Provides that the combined gross receipts from the sale of food consumed on the premises and nonalcoholic beverages served on the premises by mixed beverage restaurant licensees, mixed beverage caterer's licensees, and mixed beverage limited caterer's licensees must amount to at least 75 percent of the gross receipts from the sale of mixed beverages.
