SUMMARY:
Health and related insurance for state employees. Requires the state employees' health benefit plan to include coverage for prescription drugs and devices approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use as contraceptives. The bill also stipulates that the funds of the state health plan shall be deemed separate and independent trust funds that may not be used for other purposes.
