SUMMARY:
Community college service delivery boundary. Authorizes the governing body of a locality served by more than one community college to determine whether the jurisdiction will participate in one or more community college service regions. These actions will be effective on the biennium budget cycle after being taken; however, any action taken by a governing body served by more than one community college prior to January 1, 1996, will be deemed to be effective on the date the action was so taken. This bill will expire on July 1, 1997.
