SUMMARY:

Neighborhood assistance tax credit. Continues the neighborhood assistance tax credit cap of $5,250,000 through June 30, 1998. Currently, the cap is scheduled to increase to eight million from July 1, 1996, through 1998; by this bill. This bill is extends the tax credit program from 1998 to the year 2000.
