SUMMARY:
Jamestown ferry. Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Board to cease collecting tolls for use of the James River ferry between Scotland and Jamestown effective July 1, 1997. In the interim, the Department of Transportation will receive or solicit proposals for the private operation of the ferry.
