SUMMARY:
Flexibility in Standards of Accreditation. Directs the Board of Education to identify those provisions of the Standards of Accreditation which provide flexible implementation alternatives and to establish consistent criteria for approving applications for flexibility. The Board must inform the House Committee on Appropriations and the Senate Committee on Finance by November 15, 1995, regarding its findings.
