SUMMARY:
Breaks Interstate Park Commission. Adds the Director of the Department of Conservation and Recreation and the Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Parks as voting ex officio members of the Breaks Interstate Park Commission. The Commission, which administers the Breaks Interstate Park, currently consists of three citizens of each state, appointed by the governors of the two states. The Compact provides that it may be amended by the concurrent action of the two Commonwealths.
