SUMMARY:

Validity of final subdivision plats and site plans. Removes the 7/1/98 sunset clause on the 1992 act which provided that all recorded plats and final site plans shall be valid for at least five years and that as long as a recorded plat or final site plan is valid, no change to any local ordinance, plan, etc., shall adversely affect the right of the subdivider or developer to complete an approved development.
