SUMMARY:

Conveyance of property to and from the Commonwealth; Virginia Beach sand replenishment. Conveys property from the Commonwealth to the City of Virginia Beach at a cost that reflects the fair market value of the land as determined in the bill. If the City of Virginia Beach agrees to act as the local sponsor for a sand replenishment program for the Sandbridge Beach area $2.8 million of the purchase price paid by the City shall be returned to it for such program.
