SUMMARY:
Administration of the government; Virginia Personnel Act. Deletes the second enactment of Chapter 937 of the 1990 Acts of Assembly. As a result, the following officers and employees of executive branch agencies will be covered under the provisions of the Virginia Personnel Act and the state grievance procedure: those who report directly to the agency head; and those at the level immediately below those who report directly to the agency head and are at a salary grade of 16 or higher.
