SUMMARY:

Chesapeake Bay. Establishes the "Friend of the Bay Award" program. The program, to be developed by the Secretary of Natural Resources, will annually recognize efforts to preserve and enhance the Chesapeake Bay. The Secretary, in consultation with the Virginia delegation to the Chesapeake Bay Commission and the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Chesapeake Executive Council, is responsible for developing criteria for making such awards.
