SUMMARY:

Louisa County referendum on deer hunting with rifles. Authorizes the use of a special election in Louisa County, upon the petition of either the governing body or 10 percent of the registered voters, to determine whether the governing body should prohibit or allow the hunting of deer with rifles in the county. Election results are binding and a referendum may not be held more frequently than once every four years.
