SUMMARY:

Termination of certain nonconforming uses in the City of Martinsville. Offers clarifying language to provisions adopted during the 1993 Session which gave Martinsville authority to terminate nonconforming uses involving transportation and temporary storage of hazardous waste if it is determined that the nonconforming use poses a threat to the health and safety of persons living or working adjacent to the nonconforming use.
