SUMMARY:
Bonds for parking facilities. Authorizes the issuance of $3,589,000 in 9(c) debt to renovate and expand the parking facility known as the 7th and Marshall Street Garage (Lot #22 in Richmond). Section 9(c) debt is issued for revenue-producing projects which can cover their own debt service schedules, and their marketability is enhanced because the bonds are also backed by the full faith and credit of the Commonwealth.
