SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Highway use fee; exemptions; low-speed vehicles. Exempts registered low-speed vehicles from the existing highway use fee calculated on the basis of average fuel economy and miles traveled per year and replaces such fee with an annual flat fee of $25.
