SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Secretary of Health and Human Resources; Department of Health; Virginia Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative; hospital regulations; report. Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Resources to convene a work group to facilitate strengthening collaboration on neonatal and perinatal care of women and infants to positively impact maternal and child health care outcomes in the Commonwealth. The work group shall submit a report of its recommendations to the Chairmen of the House Committees on Health, Welfare and Institutions and Appropriations and the Senate Committees on Education and Health and Finance and Appropriations by November 1, 2023.
