SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Behavioral Health Commission; funding; sunset. Repeals provisions that provided temporary alternative funding for and contingent expiration of the Behavioral Health Commission in the event that the Commission was not funded in the general appropriation act. This bill is identical to HB 2155.
