SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Board for People with Disabilities; membership; terminology. Adds to the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities the Health Commissioner or a representative from the Department of Health chosen by the Health Commissioner. The bill amends existing references to "mentally impairing developmental disabilities" to "cognitive developmental disabilities."
