SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Conveyance of easement. Authorizes the Department of Conservation and Recreation to grant and convey an easement and right-of-way over Neabsco Beach Way at Leesylvania State Park to the River Mouth Corporation. The easement will allow ingress and egress from Daniel K. Ludwig Drive to the River Mouth Condominiums via Neabsco Beach Way. This bill is identical to SB 1065.
