SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Form of ballot; party identification of candidates. Extends to elections for local and constitutional offices the requirement that candidates who have been nominated by a political party or in a primary election be identified on the ballot by name of their political party. Currently, this requirement applies only to federal, statewide, and General Assembly elections.
