Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 1-204.1 as follows:

§ 1-204.1. Anti-Semitism.

The term "anti-Semitism" when used in reference to discrimination in the Code and acts of the General Assembly shall be defined by the Working Definition of Anti-Semitism adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance on May 26, 2016, including the contemporary examples of anti-Semitism set forth therein.
