JOINT CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT

We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on Senate Bill No. 490, report as follows:

We recommend that the House Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute (22106876D) be accepted with the following amendments to resolve the matter under disagreement:

1. Line 93, substitute, after principals

the remainder of line 93, all of line 94, and through schools on line 95

insert

in elementary schools, one half-time at 600 students, one full-time at 900 students; assistant principals in middle schools, one full-time for each 600 students; assistant principals in high schools

2. Line 95, substitute, after full-time
