Requires the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia to maintain on its website a comparison of each baccalaureate public institution of higher education to each other baccalaureate public institution of higher education on an enumerated list of undergraduate student metrics and requires each such institution to maintain a link on its website to such comparison.
