SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Fair Housing Law; exemptions; tenant's source of funds. Exempts an owner that, individually or through a business entity, owns more than a 10 percent interest in more than 10 rental dwelling units in the Commonwealth from the provisions of the Fair Housing Law that prohibit discrimination against a person based on such person's source of funds. Current law exempts owners that own more than 10 percent interest in more than four rental dwelling units in the Commonwealth.
