§ 4-5.12 REPEAL STANDARD FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASE PREVENTION OF THE SARS-COV-2 VIRUS THAT CAUSES COVID-19
The Department of Labor and Industry, the Safety and Health Codes Board, the Board of Health, the Virginia Department of Health, and any other applicable state agency, board, or department shall take all steps necessary to rescind 16VAC25-220 et seq. and any other regulation that draws its authority from or is directly supportive of 16VAC25-220.
