That the provisions of this act shall not become effective unless and until the National Football League (NFL) produces the results of the investigation conducted by attorney Beth Wilkinson and undertaken in August 2020, in compliance with the written request of the Chairman of the United States House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Reform, including (i) Ms. Wilkinson's findings; (ii) the 2,100 documents from Ms. Wilkinson's investigation that are in the NFL's custody; and (iii) the remaining documents central to Ms. Wilkinson's investigation, which are currently held by a third-party vendor.
